What information should I type?

Enter the information exactly as it appears on your passport, flight booking and hotel reservation. Prepare the following information before opening the official Taiwan Arrival Card website:

• Your passport name, nationality and passport number.
• Your date of birth and passport expiry date.
• Your active email address.
• Your occupation and telephone number.
• Your Taiwan arrival date and flight number.
• Your planned departure date and next destination.
• Your purpose of visit, such as tourism or business.
• Your first hotel or accommodation name and complete address.

Example for a tourist

A tourist might select “Tourism” as the purpose of visit, enter “Teacher” as the occupation, provide the first hotel address in Taiwan, and enter the actual arrival and departure information from the flight booking.
